Monochromatic Mommies started as a cry for help. I was a stay-at-home mom trying to navigate my mental and emotional wellbeing while raising a child with special needs. I was overwhelmed, isolated, and just needed someone to understand what I was feeling. I needed community then, and honestly?
I still need it now. We all do.
What began as my personal cry turned into something so much bigger.
Now we are growing a community where other moms from across the spectrum of motherhood can find support, encouragement, and hope on days when it feels like too much. Through connection and care, we’re slowly building what I once went searching for: a safe place to exhale and know that I was not alone.
I’m grateful for every mom, every story, and every step forward.
As this organization continues to grow, my prayer is that we keep bridging the gap — one mama, one moment, and one step at a time.
with love + gratitude
