Community Conversations: Finding Balance Between Motherhood, Purpose, and Self-Compassion

Finding Balance Between Motherhood, Purpose, and Self-Compassion

Thursday, August 13, 2026, 7PM EST | Event Reminder will be sent to your registered email.

As mothers, we're often reminded to care for everyone around us—but what happens when we're also navigating our own neurodivergent journey, managing our mental wellness, and trying to build something meaningful for ourselves and our communities?

Join Monochromatic Mommies for another heartfelt Community Conversations as Sabrina Bonaparte welcomes back Jay Patrice for an honest and encouraging virtual conversation.

Together, we'll explore what it looks like to parent children with autism and special needs while also learning to understand and honor our own minds, needs, and identities. We'll talk about the reality of balancing caregiving with entrepreneurship, advocacy, community leadership, and the ongoing work of prioritizing ourselves without guilt.

This conversation isn't about having all the answers. It's about making space for the questions, the growth, and the reminder that we deserve care, too.

Whether you're learning more about your own neurodivergence, struggling to make time for yourself, or simply longing to connect with mothers who truly understand, this conversation is for you.

Because caring for our families starts with remembering that we matter too.

Note: Registered attendees will receive a Google Meet link via email before the event. For those who prefer to watch on Facebook, the discussion will also be streamed live on the Monochromatic Mommies Facebook page.
