Caregiver Brain Health: Supporting the Minds Behind the Care

Caring for ourselves isn't a luxury—it's a necessity.

As mothers and caregivers of children with autism and special needs, we spend so much of our time focused on our children that we rarely stop to think about ourselves.

We become advocates, researchers, schedulers, therapists, and caregivers. We attend appointments, coordinate services, manage therapies, navigate school systems, and search tirelessly for answers. While supporting our children, many of us are also carrying the weight of stress, exhaustion, anxiety, and uncertainty.

But who is supporting the caregiver?

Join Monochromatic Mommies and EEG to GO for an important conversation about caregiver brain health, stress, resilience, and wellness. This webinar is designed to help caregivers better understand how chronic stress impacts the brain and why caring for ourselves is not a luxury—it's a necessity.

During this session, we'll explore:

• The impact of long-term caregiving stress on brain health
• Why caregiver wellness matters for the entire family
• The connection between stress, sleep, emotional regulation, and resilience
• Emerging tools and resources that may help families better understand brain health
• Practical strategies for supporting your own well-being while caring for your child

Our guest speaker, Burt Reynolds from EEG to GO, has spent years helping families gain a deeper understanding of brain health and the role technology can play in identifying challenges and supporting wellness. Most importantly, he understands that behind every child is a caregiver doing their very best.

This webinar is more than an educational presentation—it is an opportunity to connect with other caregivers who understand the unique journey of raising children with autism and special needs.

Our hope is that you leave feeling informed, encouraged, supported, and reminded that your health matters, too. Because when we care for the caregiver, we strengthen the entire family.

Registration is required. The virtual meeting link will be provided upon completion of registration.
